Our coaching program is designed to deliver long-term results, which is why it operates as a 16-week commitment. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full duration of the program and may choose to enroll in a bi-weekly payment, monthly, or pay in full option. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

No early cancellations: Due to the structured nature of our coaching, early cancellations are not permitted once you have enrolled. You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of participation. 

Non-Transferable: Your program access cannot be transferred to another person.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you experience a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, you may request a pause of your program. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.

No refund policy

 

At KZFITNESS we are committed to providing high-quality online coaching services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Due to the nature of our services and limited spots available, we maintain a no refund policy on all purchases. 

 

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

The Hourglass Coaching Program includes digital resources, workout plans, and access to exclusive content, which may not be returned once accessed. Since results depend on individual effort and consistency, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

 

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Digital programs, access to the training app, coaching services, or challenge enrollments
• Missed coaching sessions or unused portions of a subscription
• Changes in personal circumstances after purchase

Payment Commitment

The program is a 16-week commitment, and all payments must be completed in full, regardless of participation or personal circumstances. 

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time until the full balance is paid. 

Failure to complete payments does not result in automatic cancellation or a refund.

Early cancellation or termination does not waive your obligation to pay the full program fee.

 

Payment Authorization 

By enrolling, you authorize KZFITNESS to charge the payment method on file for all agreed-upon payments until the balance is paid in full.

If payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment information to avoid service interruptions. 

 

Legal Enforcements

Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in account suspension, loss of access to coaching services, and possible collection efforts. 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is legally binding.

By purchasing this program and coaching services, you agree to these payment terms and understand that all payments must be completed in full. 

 

Promotions, Discounts, and Trial Terms

 

At KZFITNESS, we occasionally offer promotions, discounts, or trials to new and existing clients. By participating in any promotional offer, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Promotional Discounts

• Discounts are valid only for the specified promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts do not apply retroactively to past purchases.
• If a discount is applied to a payment plan, the reduced rate will only be valid for the promotional period, after which regular rates apply.

 

2. Trial Offers (If Applicable)

• Trials are available only to first-time customers and may have limited access to certain program features.
• At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the full program price unless you cancel before the trial expires.
• Trials are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

 

3. Limited-Time Offers & Expiry

• All promotions have a clear expiration date, after which the standard program pricing applies.
• If you enroll after the promotional period, you are not entitled to the previous discount or trial pricing.

 

4. No Refunds on Discounted Programs

•  Any program purchased at a discounted rate is non-refundable and follows the standard No Refund Policy.
• If you choose a payment plan for a discounted program, you are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

5. Modification or Cancellation of Promotions

• KZFITNESS reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
