WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this program, you can expect both upper & lower body sessions. Full video demonstrations are included so that you can work on improving your technique and visually see how to perform each movement.

Equipment needed: 

  • Dumbbells, barbells, plates
  • Glute band, bench/box
  • Cable machine, hip abduction machine

You can make substitutions if you don't have access to all equipment. This is a small snippet of what you can find inside of my full workout programs. Try this out first and see if you enjoy the training style:)
